Irina Suspitcyna spoke at the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF)

On 22 September 2017 the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) was held in Minsk for the second time. This year the Forum was dedicated to the topic of evidence in international commercial arbitration and state court proceedings. More than 190 lawyers from CIS and Eastern and representatives of arbitration centers of Sweden, Austria, Germany, France and Georgia participated in the Forum.

Head of projects (arbitration and mediation) of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, Irina Suspitcyna spoke at the Forum with the topic: "Modern means of communication as evidence in Russian courts". During the presentation Irina told how do Russian courts react on e-mail correspondence, sms, messengers and other electronic evidences in litigation and gave some practical recommendations on the usage of them. Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is the first and the largest practical Forum, held in Belarus, which unites different jurisdictions and is held in Belarus. The aim of the Forum is to discuss the most relevant trends and practices arising at the moment in the sphere of dispute resolution in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
