Ilya Dedkovskiy spoke at the conference “Bankruptcy: actual problems”

On November 21, 2017 at the big conference-hall of MCCI the conference “Bankruptcy: actual problems” took place, organized by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kutafin Moscow State Law University and VETA expert group.

The main topics of the conference were actual questions and tendencies of development of bankruptcy legislation, bankruptcy institute reforming in Russia, and also industry organizations and private individuals bankruptcy features.

KIAP Senior Associate Ilya  Dedkovskiy spoke within the section on practical aspects of creditors’ rights defense in bankruptcy procedure and told participants about the practice of proof in disputes concerning the imposition of vicarious liability. Within the framework of this section participants have also discussed the distinctions between different types of bankruptcies, other points to discuss were the unfair and fictitious bankruptcies, as well as the conflict between creditors in bankruptcy.

Among the participants were owners and heads of the businesses, in-house lawyers and legal companies’ employees.
