From 30 to 31 January, 2018, the 7th annual conference “International Disputes & Asset Recovery involving Russian & CIS Parties” organized by C5, one of the largest agencies organizing business events, will take place in London.
As a rule, disputes involving parties from Russia and CIS are well-known by their complexity and large sizes of claims. Disadvantages of regional judicial systems and many mandatory legislative norms, combined with the difficulties of bringing claims in the execution require certain skills and precisely planned and carefully designed strategies.
