From 19 to 20 January 2018 in Vienna were held Vienna arbitration days – leading arbitration conference in Austria, organized by Austrian arbitration association (Arb|Aut), Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), “Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration” editorial office, ICC Austria and UNCITRAL.
Anna Grishchenkova, Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Partner of KIAP, included into list of arbitrators in Austria (VIAC) from 2016, acted as table moderator at the conference with topic devoted to New Ways in Arbitration.
The main conference topic was stated as New Fields and New Ways of Arbitration. The Keynote speech was given by Maxi Scherer, Counsel at Wilmer Hale, Professor of Law at Queen Mary, University of London. The event brought together renowned experts in International commercial arbitration from all around the world.
