Anna Grishchenkova spoke at ICC International Arbitration Conference “Russia as a place for dispute resolution”

On 28 November 2017 in Moscow the Xth anniversary International Arbitration Conference “Russia as a place for dispute resolution” was held. The conference was organized by the ICC National Committee in Russia with support of ICC International Court of Arbitration.

The conference was opened by the session named “ICC Kitchen”: arbitrators appointment and dispute administration” during which the President of ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre, and representatives of court registry told in details about the procedure of arbitrators selection in the world’s leading arbitration institute – ICC International Court of Arbitration. The second and third sessions were devoted to questions of expedited procedure and practice of its application, and also to issues of corruption proof in international disputes before arbitral institutions.

Anna Grishchenkova, Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Partner of KIAP, spoke at the fourth session “The most high-profile arbitral cases of 2017”, within the framework of which participants have discussed the most current and specific aspects of arbitration procedure.

The aim of the conference traditionally is the promotion of development of arbitration and international commercial arbitration in Russia and CIS, popularization of Russia as a place for dispute resolution and promotion of Russian arbitrators at national and international levels.
