On February 14, 2020 the conference of Pravo.ru “Marketing of Law Firm X”, which is one of the main professional events for legal marketers, was held in Moscow. During the conference participants traditionally discuss ratings and secrets of successful completing of submission forms, marketers and partners share their life hacks, pains and achievements in preparation for the ratings, as well as participate in business games, maintaining a dialogue between lawyers and representatives of the marketing function. This year the business game was dedicated to managing a client base in a law firm.
Managing partner of KIAP Digital & Smart Andrey Korelskiy moderated the session “Building an Affiliate Program in Legal Business”. During this session the participants found out how to build a reliable affiliate network, analyzed the most effective tools for checking and testing the affiliate network, and also touched upon the issue of the effectiveness of the regional affiliate network.
