Anna Grishchenkova took part in a working group about Asian International Arbitration Center regulation changes.

At the beginning of August Asian International Arbitration center (Kuala-Lumpur) previewed the introduction of a new regulation. Anna Grishchenkova, head of International Commercial Arbitration of KIAP took part in a working group concerning the topic of AIAC regulation changes. Updated regulations meet all the practices’ needs and gives possibilities to:

• Streamlined proceedings;
• Appointment of an emergency arbitrator;
• Participation of different sides, integrity of different kinds of disputes into single one;
• Summery determination.
