Please join us on February 05, 2021 at 10:00 am (Moscow time), at a webinar on arbitration in Asian countries, organized on the occasion of the publication of the book "Arbitration in Asia" (in Russian language), prepared by the team of authors, ed. Anna Grishchenkova, partner of the KIAP, Attorneys at Law, head of the international commercial arbitration practice and Tatyana Polevschikova, until recently, senior international councel in the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC).
This book is intended primarily for in-house lawyers of the Russian companies doing business with foreign partners and including arbitration clauses of "Asian institutions" into their agreements. Authors analyzed the most significant aspects of arbitration laws, specifics of the process, timing, enforcement of decisions, etc. in such countries as Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Cambodia, China, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines.
At the webinar authors of the book will share their views on local specifics of the arbitration process. Among speakers of our webinar are:
