Nadia HUBBUCK

Counsel at the LCIA’s Casework Secretariat, Solicitor (England & Wales),
Russian qualified lawyer, LL.M.

As a Counsel at the LCIA’s Casework Secretariat based at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London, Nadia Hubbuck is responsible for the day-to-day administration of arbitrations and mediations referred to the LCIA, with a particular emphasis on the disputes originating from Russia and the CIS region. Prior to joining the LCIA in August 2013, Nadia worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels, and before that at Ashurst LLP in London, having previously practiced in Russia as an in-house corporate lawyer with OJSC Russian Machines. Nadia holds an LL.M from the University of Manchester, a Post-Graduate Degree in English Law from the Nottingham Law School and a Degree in Jurisprudence from the Moscow State Law University. She is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and is a qualified Russian lawyer. She is a native Russian speaker. She is also fluent in English.

Jane FEDOTOVA

Associate at Simmons & Simmons LLP,

LL.M., MCIArb, ex-LCIA secondee.

Jane is an English qualified solicitor and Russian qualified lawyer. Jane focuses on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes. She has recently returned from a secondment as counsel at the LCIA, where she was responsible for the administration of CIS cases. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons she worked at an international law firm in Moscow. Jane graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2007, holds an LL.M. from University College London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Jane is a native Russian speaker. She is also fluent in English, German, Lithuanian and Polish.

Konstantin ASTAFIEV

Attorney at law, Partner at KIAP, Attorneys at Law, Moscow.

One of the co-founders of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, and Head of International Arbitration Group at KIAP since 2013.  According to the latest edition rating - Best Lawyers 2013, he was awarded Lawyer of the Year for his work in support of litigation in Russia. Other international ratings include Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA who also recommend him as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Russia. Konstantin has successfully represented Russian and international corporations in disputes in commercial arbitrations and Russian arbitration courts. In 2009-2010 he had an internship in Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, New York and Los Angeles. He is a native Russian speaker. He is also fluent in English.
