On April 24, 2017, Moscow, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the conference "Recovery of litigation costs: practice and tendencies" organised by VETA expert group, Kutafin Moscow State Law University, as well as the Moscow Chamber of Commerce.
The Conference was devoted to crucial peculiarities arising out of recovery of litigation costs. During the Conference, the top-notch litigation lawyers exchanged their experience between each other, discussed the latest cases and tendencies in the field and became acquainted with the results of the most recent research and statistics on recovery of litigation costs in arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction throughout various regions of Russia.
Anna Grischenkova, partner of Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration practices of KIAP as well as the regional representative of Russia in the IBA Litigation Committee, spoke in the session “Value-, socio-psychological- and tax-related aspects of costs recovery in international commercial arbitration”. In particular, Anna has shared her knowledge on the essential social-psychological peculiarities of costs recovery with her colleagues.
