Georgy Karaoglanov spoke at the webinar with the topic “May the electronic correspondence be of any help in case of dispute with an employee”

On April 2, 2018 a webinar devoted to the topic  “May the electronic correspondence be of any help in case of dispute with an employee”, organized by “Personnel records management” magazine owned by “Action-ICFED”, was held. Head of KIAP Employment practice, attorney at law Georgy Karaoglanov, acted as a speaker of the webinar.

The topic of using electronic correspondence as a tool of doing business and building relationships with employees is one of the most actual and demanded. This fact is also proved by the amount of attendees – more than one thousand participants have registered for Georgy’s webinar, during which he told about the main rules of using electronic correspondence in case relations with employer have reached a judicial stage.

How may the employer use electronic correspondence while communicating with employees, can employer  perform his duties to familiarize employees with internal documents by e-mail, is it possible to use work mail for personal purposes – these are the most interesting topics highlighted by the speaker during the webinar. Georgy also has mentioned actual examples from judicial practice and gave the recommendations on the use of it if necessary.
