On November, 20th, 2019, Pravo.ru conference “Litigation skills” took place in Moscow. Anna Grishchenkova, KIAP Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Partner, acted as a speaker within the session "Psychology in court".
During the session, the participants discussed the typical mistakes of litigators in their speeches, identified the psychological types of judges and opponents, and also talked about gender specifics in litigations. In addition, the speakers reviewed the main fears and complexes of litigation lawyers, as well as psychological techniques of working with the resource status of litigators.
