On October 1, 2016, Moscow Radisson Royal Hotel hosted a business brunch and seminar “Hong Kong Arbitration Lifehacks” organized by KIAP, Attorneys at Law, in cooperation with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
Prior to Hong Kong Arbitration Week 2016, which takes place in Hong Kong in October, the discussion participants got a unique opportunity to learn more about inns and outs of HKIAC and in a relaxed atmosphere asked their questions to Joe Liu, managing counsel at HKIAC.
The seminar speakers were Anna Grishchenkova, Partner at KIAP and regional ambassador of HK45 (HKIAC Committee) in Russia, and Irina Suspitcyna, Senior associate at KIAP. They shared lifehacks how to make arbitration effective, quicker and less expensive using such interesting and highly demanded instruments as emergency arbitrator, expedited procedure and consolidation of several proceedings.
