The expert council of the competition will consist of specialists of the law firm, members of the Institute of Law and Entrepreneurship of NArFU and leading lawyers from major Russian and international companies.
The results of the competition will be announced on December 3, 2011, on Lawyer Day. Winners of the competition will be awarded cash prizes and will be provided with training internships in legal departments of the companies which are members of the expert council.
"The development of young, talented lawyers is one of the priorities of the law firm. Due to the great interest in the competition among students at NArFU, we are very pleased to support this educational project on an annual basis", said managing partner, Andrey Korelskiy. "Russian procedural law has undergone major changes in recent times. There are now new mechanisms for conducting electronic proceedings. A new law on mediation has been put into practice. The Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia and its precedents have become more and more significant which makes the topic of the competition both interesting and relevant. We are certain that the law students participating in the competition will take it seriously and demonstrate their creative skills to the expert council".
