The opening of the office in London will expand the international presence of the Law Firm and become an important link in the provision of legal services on Russian Law matters for companies in the UK, Continental Europe and the USA which are interested in developing business in Russia and with Russian entities.
American attorney James S. Friedlander, a partner of the Law Firm with more than 40 years of international experience in advising on major investment projects and financial transactions, will be the head of the London office. Mr. Friedlander became a partner in the Law Firm last year. Managing partner Andrey Korelskiy will coordinate the work of the office during his regular visits to London.
