Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law gained a victory in the complex corporate dispute in the interests of Closed JSC “Repair Mechanical Plant” – the largest engineering holding in the city of Sochi. The dispute concerned the recovery of damages, connected to additional paper issue by the company. The court passed judgment, sustaining the previously adopted legal acts for the benefit of the Client.
Partner Konstantin Astafiev led the project and participated in trials. The case also involved lawyer Juliya Kirpikova.
Closed JSC “Repair Mechanical Plant” has an over 40-years of successful experience in the field of steel hardware manufacturing. The Plant was established under the GlavSochiSpecStroy of the Ministry of Industry of the USSR in 1963 in order to supply all construction sites in Big Sochi with steel hardware.
