Experts of Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law defended the interests of a large regional private pension fund in a dispute with Moscow-based management company. Thanks to the efforts of the Law Firm’s attorneys the judgment of the Arbitration Court of Moscow, according to which funds of the pension reserves unreasonably withheld by the management company were to be collected, was upheld.
The dispute carries characteristics of a precedent and is likely to be considered by the Presidium of the Supreme Commercial Court.
