Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law, have successfully defended the interests of the international company Rockwool in a major litigation for breach of contract, involving more than 50 million rubles. The case was heard in several courts over a period of 1,5 years.
In addition, KIAP’s team of lawyers, in foreclosing on the defendant's real estate, managed to obtain close to the market value in the litigation, as well as to successfully recover funds from guarantors-individuals in the transaction.
