Alexander Borouhin Takes Part at the Conference "Russian Energy: state regulation VS freedom of the market"

In March 22, 2012 in Moscow, Ritz-Carlton, Vedomosti hosted the conference "Russian Energy: state regulation VS  market freedom". Alexander Borouhin, head of "Energy and utilities practice” at Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law, took part in the event.

The conference brought together leaders of the largest companies in the energy sector, representatives of law firms, investment and commercial banks to exchange views on the status and prospects of development of electric power and heat generation in Russia.
