Junior Associate
Engaged in the projects of litigation, commercial, employment and intellectual property practices. Participates in representing clients before Russian commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, drafting procedural documents, legal opinions and supporting complex litigation matters. Fluent in English and French.
Achievements
- First Degree Diploma of the All-Russian Youth Competition “My Legislative Initiative”.
- Runner-up of the XIII Kutafin Legal Cup in Labour Law.
- Speaker at the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Electronic Forms of Transactions” held by the Russian State University of Justice (2022). The presentation received a letter of appreciation.
Projects
- Represented an employer in a series of labour disputes concerning annual bonus claims brought by former employees. The courts of first instance and appeal dismissed the claims.
- Supported the dismissal procedure of the Chief Financial Officer of one of the leading companies in the field of specialty clinical nutrition.
