Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law completed project support in developing a bare boat charter for the sea-going vessel in the interests of the major bank.
Experts of the Law Firm acted as consultants on the principles regulating international merchant shipping and maritime law, while developing the most effective for the Client contractual legal bases of the relations within the transfer of specific and expensive asset, namely sea-going vessel, into commercial exploitation.
Using the principles of the developed international system of the provision of vessels for charter, and also accounting for the practice of their application in the Russian Federation will allow the Client to complete the deal in the shortest time and with minimum risks.
