Head of KIAP's Investment Practice is a Consultant for the International Finance Corporation in Ukraine

James Friedlander, Partner and Head of Investment Practice at Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law, recently acted as a consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in a review of the investment climate of Ukraine and its investment legislation.

He participated on a mission to Kiev from 12 March, during which they met with Government officials and private sector businessmen and service providers to discuss the current investment climate and ways of attracting more foreign investment to Ukraine.

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is the largest global development institution focused exclusively on the private sector in developing countries.
