Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners Held a Conference Intellectual Property Litigation in Russia

On May 12^th, 2011 a conference “IP Litigation in Russia” was hosted in W Westwood Hotel, Los-Angeles, California by Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law with the support of U.S. law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.

Speakers at the conference were the partners of the Law Firm Konstantin Suvorov, Konstantin Astafiev and James S. Friedlander. The event was attended by heads of the legal departments of the U.S. and international corporations, including those having offices in Russia, as well as representatives of the leading international law firms, specializing in Intellectual Property.

During the conference the issues of the civil and criminal proceedings in IP litigation were addressed, as well as topic of fighting online piracy. The experts also reviewed the recent reported cases, related to parallel import and unfair competition.
