Anna Numerova has joined the team of Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law as the partner of the antimonopoly practice.
Anna is a recognized expert in the field of antimonopoly regulations. Prior to joining the Firm Anna worked for 5 years as a consultant in ALRUD law firm.
Ms. Numerova has broad experience providing consultations to the clients on the issues of antimonopoly regulations as related to acquisitions and transfers of assets in Russia and abroad, current business transactions of the foreign and Russian companies in Russia. Anna’s previous work also included representation of clients in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation and arbitration courts, consultations on the issues related to antimonopoly, commercial and corporate law, conducting legal audits. Among Anna’s clients were international and Russian businesses in banking, automobile, telecommunications fields, FMCG, food industry, cosmetics products, companies involved in outsourcing of business processes, air transport and manufacturing of aviation components, VoIP services, manufacturing of heating electrical equipment and natural monopolies’ subject entities.
Anna has graduated from the law faculty of the Moscow Humanitarian University in 2000, and in 2008 was granted a degree as the Master of Private Law, from the Russia’s School of Private Law. In 2011 Anna obtained LL.M. in international law, business and economy having graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in the United States.
Anna Numerova is a member of the General Council of Scientific Partnership Promoting Better Competition, is a member of the Scientific Partnership Promoting Better Competition in the Countries of the CIS and of the Expert Council on Advertising of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, as well as a member of the International Bar Association (the IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
