Oleg Bazhenov Spoke on the 5th All-Russian Tax Congress

The 5^th All-Russian Tax Congress was held on the 16-17^th of May 2011 in “Swisshotel Krasnye Holmy”, Moscow. The event was organized by the agency Infor-media Russia. Oleg Bazhenov, head of the Tax Practice in Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law, made a report “Review and Analysis of Trends in Arbitration Practice on Tax Disputes”.

Mr Bazhenov analyzed the latest tendencies in tax arbitrage and reported tax cases in his speech.

The conference was attended by the heads of the tax departments and the chief accountants of the largest Russian and international companies of different industries, lawyers, specializing in tax law and tax experts from the audit, law and consulting firms.
