Projects
- engaged in managing a dispute related to holding a debtor company’s director subsidiarily liable in the amount of RUB 800+ million. The court found the claims unreasonable and threw the case out;
- defended the interests of a foreign developer in a dispute related to recovering from the principal the losses related to corrective actions and to the payment of a penalty to shared-equity construction participants, in the amount exceeding RUB 900 million;
- defended the interests of a major terephthalic acid producer in a dispute related to recovering the losses in the amount of RUB 1.2+ billion due to subpar-quality overhaul of a terephthalic acid production facility.
