She graduated from the HSE having completed the master’s curriculum Civil and Criminal Lawyer (with honors).

Projects

  • Supporting the approval by the Federal Antitrust Service of Russia of a transaction involving acquisition by the principal from a bank of a group of companies included in the Top-10 Russian leasing companies.

  • Representing interests of minority clients in resolving a corporate conflict with the General Director and a majority member of a large IT company – Skolkovo resident, due to failure to disclose documents on the company’s business and concealment of information about illegal withdrawal of funds from the company.

  • Advising one of the largest retail chains in Russia on the application of Federal Law No. 381-FZ dated 28 December 2009 On Fundamentals Of State Regulation Of Trading Activities In The Russian Federation.
