Anna Grishchenkova is included into Panel of International Arbitrators of KCAB INTERNATIONAL

Anna Grishchenkova, Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration Partner of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, is included into Panel of International Arbitrators of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB INTERNATIONAL), the main arbitration institution of the Republic of Korea.

KCAB is the third Asian arbitration institution for Anna to be included into panel of arbitrators. In 2016, Anna was included into the list of arbitrators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), formerly known as the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Center (KLRCA). She was also appointed an arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Anna is also Russia’s regional representative on the HK45 Committee of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

KCAB INTERNATIONAL was established on 20 April 2018 as an independent division of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board to meet the growing demand for cross-border commercial dispute resolution. KCAB INTERNATIONAL specializes in international arbitration to ensure that disputes are resolved in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner within a streamlined process. Founded in 1966, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board is the sole arbitral institution in Korea that is statutorily authorized to settle disputes under the Korean Arbitration Act, under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice. Over the past 50 years, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board has handled about 7,000 arbitration cases and 15,000 conciliation cases marking itself as a leading alternative dispute resolution center.

International Commercial Arbitration

KIAP's International Commercial Arbitration practice represents clients’ interests in international commercial arbitration in Russia and abroad, as well as before Russian courts in matters involving recognition and enforcement of international commercial arbitration awards, provides consultations on arbitration agreements, its validity and enforceability, on facilitation of out-of-court settlements and on strategies for international commercial arbitration. The practice is recommended by the international rating Legal 500 EMEA, Russian rankings Pravo.ru-300, Kommersant and Pravo-300 "Sympathy rating".
