KIAP attorneys at law reinforces dispute resolution practice and announces of “Mediation and negotiations” practice opening.

Kirill Korshunov, a lawyer and a professional mediator, joined KIAP’s dispute resolution practice as a senior lawyer. Kirill defends clients’ interests in courts of all instances, including Supreme Court of Russian Federation. The main specialization is corporate conflicts, bringing to subsidiary responsibility and real estate disputes.

Besides representation in courts, Kirill is successfully engaged in out-of-court dispute resolution: mediation and negotiation. He is also the member of RSSP Mediation Center and heads its practice of corporate conflicts. He is the author of the book «How to make procedure documents». He is the member of the expert council of the journal «Corporate lawyer».

KIAP’s managing partner Andrey Korelskiy commented: “The need of distinguishing “Mediation and negotiations” practice as a separate branch is due to independent direction of a significant increase in requests for the use of alternative methods of conflicts resolution from current and new clients of the company.
