Julia Osadchaya takes part in 8th Annual International Conference “Derivatives in Russia 2013: Is there a future for OTC market / Reload”

On 10 September 2013 the "Golden Ring" hotel in Moscow hosted the Eighth Annual International Conference on "Derivatives in Russia 2013", focused on the current and future growth of the Russian financial market. By tradition, it was organized by the National Foreign Exchange Association (NFEA), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). Julia Osadchaya, Partner of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, Head of Banking & Finance Practice, attended the conference.

The conference continues the series of professional events for financial market players in Moscow and London. The conference's mission is to review the status of the Russian and global derivatives markets, provide the latest and fullest information on changes in the legislation, regulation and infrastructure, as well as discuss major problems and new trends in the derivatives market.

Sessions and panel discussions saw contributions from the Russian side (Bank of Russia, FSFR [Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS)], NFEA, Moscow Bourse, NRD [National Clearing Depository (NCD)], SWIFT, commercial banks, investment companies and law firms) and from the CEOs and leading economists of foreign regulators, international financial institutions, professional associations and stock exchanges such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to name but a few.
