On October 2, 2025, Stepan Sultanov, Partner and Head of the International Commercial Arbitration Practice at KIAP, and a current member of the RAA Board elected in November 2024, delivered a lecture titled "Arbitral Award. Annulment and Enforcement of an Arbitral Award." The lecture was part of the "Corporate Lawyer" track of the "Business Lawyer" master's program at HSE University.
The lecture was held within the framework of the "Dispute Resolution in International Arbitration" course, which HSE University organized jointly with the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA). The course content directly corresponds to the key goals of the RAA, which include enhancing the competence of Russian lawyers in the field of alternative dispute resolution, as well as developing and promoting international commercial arbitration in Russia. The course program is dedicated to an in-depth study of current issues in international commercial, investment, and sports arbitration, covering both Russian national regulation and international legal aspects.
