Higher School of Chief Financial Officer is a new educational project of “Action-ICFED” holding company, which was created especially for financial practitioners. The School helps financial specialists to improve their skills or undergo professional retraining in two training programs: "Working tools of CFO" and "CFO 2.0".
KIAP Partner and Head of Tax practice Andrey Zuykov teaches the tax block of the program. The topics of his lectures are devoted to the effective management of the tax burden, as well as tax disputes. As part of the first topic, Andrey analyzes with participants the definition and types of tax burden, effective and legal ways to optimize it and the risks that need to be taken into account in tax planning. During the study of the subject of tax disputes, participants will learn the main trends of judicial practice on tax issues and prospects for its development.
