During 5-8 November 2014 Los Angeles hosted the 8th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference, organized by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law. Senior Associate of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, Julia Kirpikova attended the conference.

The broad range of issues was covered during the conference, addressing all aspects of the labor and employment law arena. Participants discussed topics related to alternative dispute resolution, emphasized main programs focusing on developments in the field of alternative dispute resolution in the union and non-union settings; talked on hot topics in the employment related to discrimination,
harassment & retaliation areas; investigated critical issues in immigration law that affect all practice areas; and many other issues.
The event was attended by more than 1 200 participants, including representatives of companies from all over the world, top practitioners representing employees, employers, unions, government agencies as well as neutrals, in-house counsel and academics.
