Lina Taltseva Joining KIAP’s Dispute Resolution Group

As part of further expansion of the dispute resolution practice group, Lina Taltseva, the Senior Analyst Associate, has joined the team of Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law.

Lina has graduated, cum laude, from the Law Faculty of Altay State University (Barnaul) and the Russian School of Private Law (Moscow). Currently Lina is taking a post-graduate course at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. Lina has acquired substantial experience of legal representation during court disputes while working in the legal departments of various Russian and foreign-based companies. Lina is coming to KIAP from the State Company RU-COM where she worked as the chief legal in-house advisor for court and analysis practice.

Lina is fully fluent in German language and is actively involved in working with German law and legal application/enforcement matters. Lina keeps a blog on private law and German judicial acts representing matters of interest for a Russian lawyer (www.taltseva.ru), along with a Facebook-page AirLawRu that offers news, opinions and comments in the field of the air law in Russian, German and English languages; Lina also participates in preparing materials for the monthly private law and arbitration process news digest published by M-Logos Institute.

“It is with great pleasure and an uplifted spirit that I am joining the team of KIAP. I have at least two reasons to say so: first, finally my long-term passion for air law and German law and court precedents will not be something I would be pursuing only during my leisure hours; and, second, KIAP is an excellent team of high-class experts. Furthermore, besides their well-recognized level of professional expertise, I find that something else is also important: a unique friendly environment and team spirit among this group of people sharing common values. I am positive that all this will become a strong basis for our future effective work and mutual collaboration,” said Lina Taltseva commenting on her appointment.
