Mikhail Samoylov Takes Part in the Conference “Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes”

Annual conference “Resolution of CIS-Related business disputes” was held on the 12^th of September 2011 in Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Moscow). The event was organised by Russian National Committee of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia) jointly with the Section of International Law of American Bar Association (ABA). Mikhail Samoylov, senior attorney of the litigation practice at Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, participated in the conference.

The event was held the third consecutive year and is a traditional forum for discussing a wide range of topical legal issues. This year participants of the conference discussed the problem of corruption in courts, international insolvency proceedings, protection of minorities and joint venture partners, and other topics.
