KIAP Joins Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA)

The accession of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, to RUBAA is another step to develop and reinforce the recently started aviation sector headed by Anna Numerova and Lina Taltseva.

As part of cooperation with RUBAA, Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev, and Partners, Attorneys at Law, is planning to be actively involved in the Association's key areas of activities aimed at developing the Russian business aviation segment. KIAP will expand its cooperation with the legislative and executive authorities, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Air Transport Agency regarding such issues as the development and improvement of the Russian aviation legislation, ensuring flight safety, and the creation of conditions for successful business activities of the companies engaged in the business aviation market. In addition, the membership in the Association will contribute to establishing and developing business ties with the Association's members and the market players represented by both Russian and foreign companies.

In the context of such partnership, KIAP will be engaged in the work of RUBAA's Committees and working groups and initiate the establishment of any new Committees and groups, thus ensuring that its position is represented in RUBAA's work.

The Joint Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA) was formed in July 2009 through the merger of the Russian Business Aviation Association (RBAA) and the United Business Aviation Association (UBAA). As of now, more than 80 companies representing the business aviation market are members of the Association.

The purpose of RUBAA is to represent and protect the business interests of its members, make arrangements for the formation and development of the Russian business aviation market, and create conditions for successful business activities of the companies engaged in the business aviation market.
