On November 15, 2018 Ufa State Petroleum Technological University together with Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Association of antitrust experts, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan held an international science-practical conference “Modern competition: condition, problems and development trends”.
KIAP Partner and Head of Antitrust and Competition practice Ilya Ischuk spoke within the breakout session “Current practice of application of antitrust and related legislation” with a report devoted to “Purchasing alliance: cartel or way of effective cooperation of buyers?”
The conference was attended by representatives of Antimonopoly services of Russian and Kazakhstan regions, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan, members of Association of antitrust experts, business representatives, scientists and lecturers of USPTU, BSU, USATU and other public organizations.
