At the end of 2019, KIAP, DS Law and Balashova Legal Consultants have officially announced the start of the consolidation of three companies under a single brand, KIAP Digital & Smart.
From November 2019 to March 2020, inclusive, the companies carried out an extensive work on business integration in terms of general strategy, staff and marketing, however, the COVID-2019 pandemic made significant adjustments to the economic situation in the market, narrowing planning horizons and putting many industries in a state of turbulence.
In this regard, at the beginning of June 2020, the companies made a joint decision to continue working in the legal market under their own brands, maintaining cooperation on projects on "best friends" terms.
