The “International Commercial Arbitration» textbook, ed. O.Yu. Skvortsov, M. Yu. Savranskiy, G.V. Sevastianov (Editorial of the journal “Treteiskiy Sud” (Arbitration)), is the product of work of renowned scholars and lawyers in the area of international arbitration from Russia and other countries.
The third edition of the textbook has been improved and extended taking into account that several countries have reformed their arbitration laws, newly emerged “soft law” documents and caselaw.
The head of the international commercial practice Stepan Sultanov and the associate Anastasiya Ryabova have co-authored para. No. 16.6 on third-party funding of arbitration.
Since the textbook contains in-depth analysis and case studies, it is widely used in Russian universities and is well-known among Russian lawyers who practice international arbitration.
