On 23 September 2016 the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) was held in Minsk. More than 140 leading experts from various jurisdictions have met to discuss the most relevant issues of arbitration proceedings and practical aspects of dispute consideration in state courts of the CIS and Eastern Europe.

Senior Associate of KIAP, Attorneys at Law, Irina Suspitcyna spoke at the Forum with the topic: «Gaps in the synchronization of the lawyers’ work in different jurisdiction at the stages of proceedings and enforcement». Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is the first and the largest practical Forum, held in Belarus, which unites different jurisdictions and is held in Belarus. The aim of the Forum is to discuss the most relevant trends and practices arising at the moment in the sphere of dispute resolution in the CIS and Eastern Europe.
