In the midst of continuous development and improvement of global information technologies and telecommunications, traditional state borders disappear and mostly become nominal. However, legal and physical presence of a company representative office is becoming more important today.
The new representative office of KIAP in the Republic of Kazakhstan will provide legal and information support to our customers in accordance with the established global standards and ethical principles of legal counsel and advice.
The office in Astana will be led by Dauren Shelikpayev, a lawyer with 16 years of experience in civil, economic, family and inheritance, as well as migration disputes. Mr. Shelikpayev has years of experience in interaction with state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as advisory services associated with legal issues in the Federal Republic of Germany. He is an accredited lawyer of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
