The sixth ceremony for announcing and awarding the winners of the annual professional competition “Best Legal Departments of Russia – 2011″ was held by Legal Insight magazine and Odgers Berndtson company on 18 November 2011 at the theater-restaurant “Yar” in Moscow.
Andrey Korelskiy, managing partner of KIAP, took part in the award ceremony as a member of the Expert Council of the contest and presented the prize to OTTO Group’s legal department as the winner in the category "Mass and retail trade". The other companies nominated in this category were M.Video, MTS Retail, ROSINTER RESTAURANTS, Porsche Russland, real,-Hypermarket and Media-Markt-Saturn.
This highly regarded competition which is held annually by Legal Insight magazine is rightfully considered not only the biggest event of the year, but also one of the most prominent events for the legal community in Russia. Ernst and Young acted as the independent auditor of the competition.
