VIII annual Russian Legal Forum was held on the 17-18th of April 2012 at the Marriott Royal Aurora by the Vedomosti newspaper.
Andrey Korelskiy, managing partner of Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law, spoke at the plenary session of the second on "What prevents effective justice in Russia?"
Mr. Korelskiy together with the other experts of the session discussed the regulatory issues of justice in arbitration courts, as well as the improvement of legislation both at the level of legal positions of the Supreme Commercial Court of the Russian Federation, and by amending legislation.
Forum gathered leading representatives of business and juridical community – heads of legal departments and heads of the major companies and corporations, partners of the leading Russian and international law firms, government officials and journalists.
