Oleg Bazhenov Speaks at the Annual Corporate Counsel Forum

On October 31 - November 1, 2011 in Moscow, Swissotel Krasnie Kholmy, there was held VI Annual Corporate Counsel Forum. Oleg Bazhenov, partner, head of tax practice, spoke on the first day of the forum. His presentation at the session "Tax control and tax risks" was dedicated to violations of the procedure of tax audits.

For several years the forum organized by the event-agency Infor-Media, is an independent venue for exchange of experience between managers of legal departments, corporate counsels of the leading companies, partners of law firms. The experts discussed the recent changes in legislation, the impact of existing regulations on companies’ activities, methods and technologies for efficient operation of the legal department, litigation issues and other matters.
