Experts of Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev & Partners, Attorneys at Law represented the interests of the major international retail chain in the litigation with suppliers, who sought to collect from the Client fictitious debts in amount of around 50 million roubles.

Laborious analysis and development of a competent legal position allowed the experts of the Law Firm to secure a cancellation in court of cassation of the decision, which previously entered into force and committed the Client to pay the debt.
