Korelskiy, Ischuk, Astafiev and Partners, Attorneys at Law protected the interests of a major production company in a dispute over know-how in the court of appeal.

The appeal court upheld the trial court's decision, according to which opponents’ claims to recover compensation for the use of know-how have been found to be unsubstantiated and have been fully dismissed.
