RFTA team under the guidance of Anna Grishchenkova  won the Competition named after M.G. Rosenberg

On March 23, 2018 the Fifth International student competition on international commercial arbitration "RFTA - 2018 - the international purchase and sale" named after  M.G. Rosenberg, organized with the support of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Arbitration committee including V.V.Chubarov, V.V.Vitryanskiy and I.Z.Greku has awarded victory to RFTA team, which was prepared to the competition by Anna Grishchenkova, International commercial arbitration partner of KIAP.  The team including Anna Avakyan, Daria Borisova and Alisa Protasova has won the victory over the MGIMO team in the final of the competition. A total of 32 teams from different regions of Russia and a number of foreign countries, including teams from the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan, took part in the competition.

Competition named after M.G. Rosenberg was founded in 2014 by International Private law centre of Russian Foreign Trade Academy of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and constitutes the only student competition on international commercial arbitration in Russia. Mikhail Grigorievich Rosenberg is one of the authors of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, 1980. He had developed the basic documents on the supply of goods, providing more than 60% of the trade turnover of our country (the General conditions of supply of CMEA, the General conditions of supply with the PRC, the General conditions of supply CMEA-Finland).
