Segregating the commercial direction into a separate practice has resulted from increased number of the clients' requests related to consulting in the sphere of doing business in Russia, rise in the quantity of legal inspections, need to develop the system of new contractual links and bringing the Company's internal regulations into correspondence with new realities of Russian economy.
Over the past few years the KIAP experts have gained considerable experience in consulting in the sphere of commerce and have rendered services in this sphere to the largest Russian and transnational companies doing business in Russia.
Julia Kirpikova, earlier KIAP Senior Associate, was appointed Head of the new practice.
