During November 30 – December 2 the British Embassy in Moscow hosted the English Law Week. KIAP Partner of International Commercial Arbitration practice Anna Grishchenkova moderated the session “Enforcing debts through the English Courts”.
The conference was centered on key trends in legal services in Russia, England and Wales: the relevance of English law to Russian businesses in 2015 and beyond; Corporate Governance; Recovering assets through bankruptcy and liquidation; Is London still an attractive arbitral venue for Russian businesses?; Managing complex international disputes and other issues.
