On December 4, 2025, the Award Ceremony for the leaders of the "Pravo-300" rating was held at The Carlton Moscow Hotel. This year:
- The rating involved over 700 law firms, with 604 making the final list.
- Jury members assessed 25,397 projects (+5% compared to 2024) with a total value of 662 trillion rubles (+29% compared to 2024).
- The average project value in the federal rating was 457 million rubles.
This year, the Pravo.ru portal enhanced its industry specialization by introducing a new category: Manufacturing and Industry.
Based on the rating results, KIAP, Attorneys at Law, has got recommendations in 17 areas of law:

Four KIAP practices were recognized among the best on the legal market and were ranked in Group 1 of the rating: Dispute Resolution in Courts of General Jurisdiction, Bankruptcy: Litigation, Arbitration: Corporate Disputes, and Insurance Law.
KIAP practices included in Group 2 were: Antitrust and Competition, Arbitration: Commercial Disputes, Compliance, Corporate Law/Mergers and Acquisitions, International Arbitration, Maritime Law, Real Estate and Construction: Disputes, Manufacturing and Industry, Retail, FMCG, Food Service Industry, Family and Inheritance Law, Labor and Immigration Law, and Private Capital.
The KIAP Criminal Law practice was included in Group 3.
The concept of the 2025 "Pravo-300" ceremony was "One Hundred Years Ahead." The Pravo.ru portal immersed the ceremony guests in a legal Metaverse of the future, one hundred years ahead, guided by a new neural network. Participants opened a time capsule with messages from today's students, discussed bold predictions, and saw how technology is already changing the profession.
KIAP's Managing Partner Andrey Korelskiy was one of the protagonists in a film by Pravo.Ru, which premiered during the ceremony. The first media file from the time capsule was dedicated to the career track of a modern lawyer. KIAP's Managing Partner, together with partners from other law firms, answered students' questions on how young specialists should act when many companies are not ready to hire students.
Furthermore, a special issue of Pravo.ru titled "Reshuffling the Legal Market: What Drives Team Transitions and How to Retain Clients" was released alongside the "Pravo-300" rating.
Andrey Korelskiy commented on how to retain clients when a key team leaves and whether it's even possible if the business is built around one partner:
"If a client sees value in the firm, he will stay. If he sees value in the departing lawyer, he will leave with lawyer, and there is little the firm can do to make the client stay. Often, companies try to lower prices to retain clients, but that doesn't help: the client chooses competence. And if, after a particular lawyer leaves, there is no worthy replacement in the firm, it's better to honestly tell the client and let them go peacefully".
The special issue of Pravo.ru "Legal Job Market – 2025: High-Profile Transitions and New Brands" notes that the Russian legal market this year resembles a giant game board where pieces not only move but also break into groups and form new strategic alliances.
The Grigoriadis Group Association, led by partner Dmitry Grigoriadi, joined KIAP. Dmitry specializes in defending top management and businesses on criminal law matters, including representing clients in cases involving international search warrants.

The "Pravo-300" rating is the first and largest study of the national legal market in Russia, conducted since 2010. The rating methodology is based on assessing the project experience of law firms, in-depth interviews with legal market representatives, as well as client feedback.
